"IBM" plans to lay off a number of employees to reorganize


IBM decided to lay off a number of unspecific number of employees this week while the company focused on the most important markets in the tech industry. 


This action comes as part of the company's reorganization efforts , the Executive have Directors of the company revealed last April at a press conference on the company's earnings in the first quarter.

 The company said it will spend $ 1 billion to reorganize some of the types of jobs it needs in their workforce this year as most of the changes will occur by the end of this month.

 And the company's spokesman refused to dive into details of plans to lay off, the company employs about 440 workers at the beginning of this year. And some employees did not fit its plans to expand its activities in other domains, such as social networks and laptops.
